Holy Mass

"Holy Mass" is a large original oil painting by Kristen Rogers. After reading the testimony of Catalina Rivas on the Holy Mass, and learning what goes on in the spiritual realm during Mass, Kristen was inspired to create a painting to help share this amazing testimony with the world.

During the Consecration, the host of angels in heaven appear to the left of the priest on the altar. The angles are all different sizes and are dressed in tunics like the white albs of the priests and altar boys. The host of saints in heaven, including all our friends and family that enjoy the presence of God, appear on the right. They are dressed in soft pastel colors and their faces are brilliant, full of joy.  Our beautiful Mother Mary is suspended a little off the floor, kneeling on some fine fabrics to the right and a step behind the celebrant.  

The Eucharist, in the hands of the priest, exists directly in the center of the composition. The glow around the celebrant suggests Jesus Himself is the one consecrating the Eucharist. Jesus crucified is suspended in the air above the altar, because at the moment of the Consecration all the assembly is taken to the foot of Calvary at the instant of the crucifixion of Jesus.

The earliest the painting can ship is February 20, 2026, to allow the four-month drying time, so the artwork can properly cure.
